Thank you so much to friends, new friends and everyone else who drops
by! This blog is such a little blog in a virtual world filled with
blogs, so it really means a lot to me that you've taken the time to drop
by and read my scribbles, especially when you leave a comment. Time is
such a valuable thing- thank you for sharing some of your time with us
by taking an interest in what I've been doing with my mine. I started this blog after Willow was born in March 2010 as I felt I simply wasn't doing my friends and family justice with their interest in Willow. I strongly disagree with the way facebook treats it's users (but not strongly enough to close my account) and so I didn't want to pour out Willow's life there; nor did I want to clog up my poor friend's feeds with all the details of life with Willow. I didn't want to write the same thing over and over again in emails to family and friends, so I decided to create a blog just for Willow. I'm not new to blogging- I started blog on livejournal back in 2002, but it's never given me as much joy as this one.
This blog lapsed in 2011- 2012 due to personal circumstances (briefly touched on here, but "a separation" "moving away" "finding my very own happily ever after in the most surprising of places" just about covers it) but we're back now!
As Willow grows up, I look forward to sharing all her milestones and special events with everyone. :)
